Elston Ave. For customers who are far away, we offer our best French bakers to travel to their premises and provide training with the ovens and equipment in place. This guarantees the optimum effectiveness of the on-site course. Depending on the distance and the training time, the prices are adapted to each profile and level of knowledge.

Our trainers, such as Vincent Le Bec, all come from the performance courses carried out in the company of Yvon FORICHER, founder of the milling company of the same name.
